Are you interested in person and community centred approaches to health and care? Do you want to explore what good support might look like for the people of GM? Are you interested in how we can create true impact? Help shape and build a new way of working, exploring; what matters most to people, what GM can do to give people a good experience of health and care, what shows we are getting this right and how people can come together and influence system change.
