VSNW's Annual Conference and AGM 2023

  • Village Hotel - Warrington 110 Centre Park Warrington WA1 1QA United Kingdom (map)

We are pleased to announce that this year’s AGM and conference on the theme ‘Building Wealth in our Communities’ will be held at the Village Hotel, Warrington.

Whilst the Covid Crisis has receded, the cost-of-living crisis continues to stretch our sector’s resources. In our 2023 Conference and AGM, we will look at ways out of this situation and how we can embed a just economic model in our communities. The UK Shared Prosperity Fund will finish in less than two years, what happens after that? What will be the social, economic and investment plans of the next government? As we look towards tomorrow, we invite you to consider all of this and to explore how we influence and what we campaign for ahead of the next general election.

Our key note speakers are Dr Sarah Longlands (https://cles.org.uk/about-cles/people/sarah-longlands) and Micheal Wood (https://www.nhsconfed.org/people/michael-wood). The day includes breakout discussion sessions, refreshments and a vegetarian lunch.

The event is free to attend, and is aimed at VCSE leaders that are members, associates or partners of VSNW.  Due to limited spaces, please place no more than two delegate bookings per organisation.
